It is the mission of the United Baptist Church to be a community inspired by Jesus Christ's Hope, God's Word, and the Holy Spirit's Power, where strangers, friends and families experience the Bible's vitality, enjoy enriching fellowship, face God in worship, commit to live as Christ, and prepare to serve Him in the world.

David Doyle has been the pastor of the United Baptist Church since 1987. During this time he has shared his passion for the Bible through preaching, leading Bible studies and generally getting on everyone's case about consistent Bible reading. Nicknamed "Cyber-Pastor" by his colleagues he has also worked to improve the church's ministry by using available technology to enhance UBC's community and to take advantage of the opportunities technology affords to extend the ministry reach of UBC. He has been married to Jill for longer than he deserves, and has two daughters - Alyssa and Hannah, and a grandson - Kai.

Donna Dooley joined UBC in 1995. She is now the Pastor of Visitation. She has served as youth leader and deacon, later as Chair. Her background includes being a NH licensed Mental Health counselor, and several years as a Spiritual Care counselor at Concord Hospital. She enjoys singing in the choir. Donna loves visiting, and has a special admiration for the elders and toddlers of UBC (and everyone in between). She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling (and most anything). You might find her driving her Mustang down to the beach, or up to the mountains for a hike.

Carol Strickland is the UBC Fellowship Coordinator. With degrees in Early Childhood Education and Nursing it really only makes sense that she now owns an eBay consignment business. Carol is currently working on her M.O.M. degree that keeps her up-to-date in all requirements of FUN. Her Fellowship Co-ordinating efforts so far have resulted in a Family Night Extravaganza - showcasing talents and gifts of the UBC community, a Family Games Night, a Shootout at the Weed Corral and the formation of a Walking Club. With ideas coming from the UBC community, she's got plenty up her sleeve, just you wait! Carol and her husband, Sonny, have 3 kids - Gavin, Kyle and Rachel.
